Catholic Charities Twin Cities is seeking a self-motivated Mental Health Practitioner I for the Wilder Day Treatment Center in Minneapolis. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Or 4000 hours of supervised mental health services experience.
• Graduate student in mental health field assigned for clinical training.
• Master’s or graduate degree in mental health disciplines from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise all student clients and plan for challenges.
• Provide structure, routine, and safety for clients and staff.
• Adhere to de-escalation and physical intervention training.
• Plan and execute individual and group skills training.
• Collect, enter, manage, and report client data accurately.
• Collaborate via direct communication and email; attend supervision.
