Job summary

St. David's Center Preschool Autism Day Treatment in Minnesota seeks a Program Supervisor / Mental Health Professional II to supervise clinical and administrative staff and ensure high-quality services in a hybrid, 40-hour workweek.

The role provides clinical services (diagnostic assessments, individual/family therapy) and collaborates with leadership to advance evidence-based practice, outcomes tracking, and client support for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the mental health field and eligibility for clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Must be licensed or eligible for credentialing with Minnesota licensing board.
• Experience delivering mental health services to preschool children and Autism programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Mental Health Professionals and staff, achieving excellent services and client outcomes.
• Deliver clinical mental health services (assessments, psychotherapy) and ensure supervision documentation is completed and signed.
• Collaborate with the Program Director in leadership for the Autism Day Treatment Program and outcomes tracking.

Compensation (Pay/Benefits)

Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $74,900 - $91,700 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Schedule

40 hours, M-F. This is considered a hybrid position.

Program Summary

St. David's Center Preschool Autism Day Treatment provides both early intervention and family support services to preschool age clients with an autism spectrum disorder. Our approach to treatment is developmental, relational, and play-based, integrating mental health and pediatric therapies to provide support for the challenges associated with autism.

Position Overview

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Mental Health Professionals, Mental Health Practitioners, Paraprofessionals, and Interns, that results in excellent services, maintained or improved client outcomes, achievement of targeted caseload enrollments, and compliance with governing statutes and contract requirements.
• Provide clinical mental health services (i.e., Diagnostic Assessments, individual/family psychotherapy, develop Individual Treatment Plans, etc.) and ensure that clinical documentation is completed, reviewed and signed for supervisees.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Assistant Director in the leadership and on-going development of the Autism Day Treatment Program, including meeting client and family needs, evidence-based practice, and outcome tracking.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Master's degree in the mental health field, eligible to receive clinical supervision toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT).
• LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP licensure through the State of Minnesota's licensing board governing their practice is required. Must be eligible for credentialing with insurance entities.

Experience

• Relevant experience in the delivery of early childhood programming and mental health services.
• Relevant experience with children with special needs and Autism services.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
