Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Coaching & College Navigation Clinician to deliver person-centered coaching, college navigation, and clinical support for young adults and adults with Autism and related needs in Central Massachusetts. Services span home, community, campus, and virtual environments, with emphasis on autonomy and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, campus staff, and DDS, using evidence-informed practices to address executive functioning,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related clinical field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, Autism, and mental health challenges.
• Experience with clinical case management, skill development, and collaboration with families and teams.
• Familiarity with higher education systems and disability services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals with person-centered planning and trauma-informed approaches.
• Provide coaching in various settings to develop executive functioning, communication, and independence.
• Coordinate clinical care, safety planning, and crisis response as needed.
• Document progress, collaborate with DDS, families, and campus personnel, and maintain compliance.
