Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking an Autism Coach to support individuals with Autism in Westford, MA. This role focuses on community inclusion, independence, and achieving personal goals for clients through individualized support.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in human services, have at least one year of experience, and possess excellent interpersonal and team-building skills. Flexible scheduling of 2 to 6 hours per week is available, with a pay rate of $25 to $45 hourly based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to stand for 80% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized supports to clients for community inclusion.
• Teaches specific skills such as executive functioning.
• Completes necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
