Qualifications

• Experience in classroom settings, preferred in autism support.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management.
• Good written and verbal communication with parents and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Work with classroom team to support academic instruction.
• Execute lessons and support independent work or small groups.
• Prepare materials and assist with classroom planning.
• Help with routines, transitions, and self-care tasks.
• Implement ABA strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Mentor paraprofessionals on best practices.
• Adhere to school policies and maintain professional conduct.
• Support students including physical tasks as needed.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adaptable to duties as assigned.
