Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking Autism Center teachers for its Fletcher Campus in Colorado. This 100% in-person role supports scholars with autism through individualized, data-driven instruction aligned to each student’s IEP.

Responsibilities include managing 9–11 students, developing IEPs/FBAs/BIPs, and partnering with families and service providers to promote independence, safety, and academic growth. Colorado licensure with SPED endorsement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or related field.
• Current Colorado teaching license with Special Education generalist/specialist endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Teach a class of 9–11 scholars with individualized instruction.
• Develop and maintain IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs.
• Collaborate with families and service providers to support inclusion and student growth.
• Coach and supervise paraprofessionals to provide consistent support.
• Model and uphold PEAK values in all instructional practices.
