Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

You will join a dedicated team that emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and patient support. Training is provided, and the role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to collaborate with a BCBA and team.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under BCBA guidance.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and daily shift routines.
