Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians to help children with autism. You will work one-on-one implementing intervention plans under BCBA guidance, using evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, and you will gain hands-on experience even if you have no prior background. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required or on onboarding.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with team to support each child's progress.
