Job summary

New Story Schools seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one and small-group support to students in home and community settings, implementing individualized plans that build academic, social, and life skills. Collaborate with a mission-driven team to foster confidence and independence for learners with special needs.

You will deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals, support students with autism, collect progress data, and work with families, teachers, and clinicians to ensure

Qualifications

Associate's degree or 48 credit hours from an accredited institution.
At least three months of experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences.
Reliable transportation and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Deliver instruction based on each student's IEP goals.
Support students with autism and other differences in home and community settings.
Apply evidence-based strategies to promote growth in academic, behavioral, and life skills.
Collect and report data to monitor progress and guide instruction.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinicians to ensure consistency.
