Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team and support adults with autism in the community across home, school, and work settings.

The role involves developing and assessing Individual Support Plans (ISP), delivering behavioral support, and building skills through person-centered planning. It requires driving to client sites and strong collaboration with families and care teams.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or ABA.
• Master’s degree in counseling with at least 33% ABA coursework.
• Master’s degree in unrelated field with PA Behavior Specialist License.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans.
• Experience working with individuals living with autism.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervisory role that oversees the supports of adults with Autism in the community (home, school, work)
• Clinical role that develops and assesses Individual Support Plans (ISP) and provides behavioral support and skill building services for adults living with Autism
• Provides face-to-face, remote and administrative support based upon the needs of the individuals
• Conducts in-home assessments and administers psychological tools to assess each individual’s specific needs
• Promotes the use and application of Person-Centered Planning to develop skills within each person supported
• Monitors and evaluates data towards goal progress

Educational Requirements: (One of the following):

• Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Master’s degree in counseling (i.e. mental health, marriage and family, etc.) with at least 33% ABA course work

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans
• Experience working with individuals living with autism
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
