Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism in a supportive team in Salem, Oregon. You will implement individualized plans one-on-one under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety and engagement.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow the guidance of a BCBA to support client progress.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and daily client safety.
