Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians in the United States (Oregon). You will work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing individualized intervention plans to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. You must be compassionate, patient, and able to work well in a team. The role includes physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• It is essential to be passionate about helping children with autism.
• It is important to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior plans.
• Implement behavior intervention techniques under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and assist with lifting when needed.
