Job summary

Centria Autism in Oregon is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. You must be patient, compassionate, and a team player.

Training is provided, with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour. The role requires physical ability to stand, walk, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds, and you may be asked to pass a

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
