Centria Autism in Keizer, Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one interventions under a BCBA. You will teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while maintaining safety.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds; candidates must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
