Centria Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. The role involves physical activity and potential lifts up to 50 pounds, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
