Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) in Rogers, AR. You will directly implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA and contribute to daily data collection and reporting. You’ll assist in session preparation and adhere to HIPAA in a supportive, pediatric team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Complete 40 hours of paid training by supervising BCBA within 90 days.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment and RBT exam with BACB.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Implement the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) with the BCBA.
• Enter data and update graphs for daily reporting.
• Assist in observational assessments (ABC data collection).
• Prepare materials and implement teaching procedures per BCBA guidance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant notes and secure data.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supervised environment for children.
