Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a collaborative pediatric healthcare team dedicated to evidence-based therapy and developmental services. You will support direct implementation under the supervision of a BCBA in a setting focused on empowering children through ABA and related therapies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Complete 40 hours of paid training under a supervising BCBA within 90 days.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment conducted by the supervising BCBA.
• Pass the RBT exam through BACB to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Help implement the treatment plan developed by the BCBA, parents, and therapists.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA.
• Prepare materials for sessions.
• Implement appropriate teaching procedures determined by the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary learning environment.
• Represent the program to parents, visitors, and the public in a positive way.
