Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Oregon. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You’ll use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. We provide comprehensive training, and there is a strong emphasis on teamwork, patience, and compassion as you help children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
