Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, and you must be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Formación

• Patience, compassion, and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required; RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
