Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Comprehensive training is provided; no prior experience required. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• 18+ years of age and a minimum education equivalent to high school diploma.
• CPR & First Aid Certification and TB test required (if not done in the last year).
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
