Job summary

Centria Autism in Woodburn, KY is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk as needed. Pay range is $19-$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Plan to obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.
