Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from BCBA.
• Reasonable physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and moving in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress under a BCBA supervision.
