Job summary

Centria Autism in Conyers, GA is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, teach communication and daily living skills, and help reduce challenging behaviors.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
