Job summary

Centria Autism in Wilsonville, OR is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You must be patient, compassionate, able to move and lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within a year.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
