Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Waldorf, Maryland, to work one-on-one with children. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to help children with autism develop essential skills. Ideal candidates are patient and compassionate, ready to make a positive impact in the lives of these children. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. Competitive pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach skills.
