Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Maryland. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism.

You will work directly with children to develop their communication, social, and daily living skills, using evidence-based techniques. We provide comprehensive training, empowering candidates with little experience to succeed in this rewarding role.

The position offers a pay range of $20 - $26 per hour, reflecting your skills and experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and social skills.
• Move frequently and lift clients to ensure their safety.
