Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one practice under a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors
• Contribute to data collection and progress monitoring as part of evidence-based intervention
