Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social and daily living skills while ensuring safety and compassionate support.

We provide comprehensive training, with opportunities for growth in a structured setting. Applicants should be patient, team-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and a team player.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR, First Aid certification, and TB test required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with team to implement individualized plans.
