Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism by implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.

You will work one-on-one with children, teaching communication and daily living skills using evidence-based methods while promoting safety and positive outcomes. Training is provided, and there is room to grow within the Centria team.

Formación

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Background check required.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
