Job summary

Centria Autism in Arlington, TX is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism one-on-one under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role involves assisting with physical activities, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and obtain CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
