Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you must be patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion and teamwork are essential.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check required; willingness to obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
