Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy in working with children with autism.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families and BCBA supervisors.
• Team player who can collaborate in a pediatric setting.
• Willingness to learn and follow individualized intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and promote positive progress for each child.
• Maintain safe, supportive, and engaging sessions in a child-centered environment.
