Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow guidance from BCBA.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds; physical stamina required.
• Must obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.
