Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication skills.
• Monitor and document progress.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment during sessions.
