Job summary
A leading organization in behavioral therapy is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a passion for helping children. The position offers a pay range of $19 - $24 per hour with various career perks.
Qualifications
18+ years of age.
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as directed to support student goals.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
