Job summary

A leading organization in behavioral therapy is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a passion for helping children. The position offers a pay range of $19 - $24 per hour with various career perks.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as directed to support student goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
