Job summary

Qualifications
18+ years of age required.
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and to lift children.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and social skills.
Monitor progress towards goals and reduce interfering behaviors.
Collaborate with team members for consistent support.
