Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and to lift children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and social skills.
• Monitor progress towards goals and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with team members for consistent support.
