Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach skills to children.
• Work one-on-one with children, ensuring their well-being and growth.
