Job summary

Centria Autism in Sherwood, Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Training is provided, and you should be comfortable standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and partnering with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
