Job summary

Centria-Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You’ll use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Training is provided to prepare you for success in this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
