Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in one-on-one sessions, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will be trained to use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills, while promoting safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a pay range of $17-$20 per hour and comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism and willing to learn.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
