Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism on a one-on-one basis. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, helping develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training is provided, and you will join a compassionate team focused on empowering children and families. The job involves physical tasks and requires lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years old; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test within year.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Complete onboarding and obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
