Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support LLC is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician - Autism Services to join our in-home therapy team in Folsom, California. You will work under licensed clinicians to design and implement individualized treatment plans and help clients with autism achieve meaningful progress.

This role emphasizes evidence-based ABA techniques, clear communication with families, and meticulous data recording.

Qualifications

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under supervision of licensed clinicians.
Provide in-home behavioral therapy services to clients with autism, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques.
Collaborate with clinical experts to design and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Maintain accurate records of client progress, including behavioral data and treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on client progress and discuss best practices.
