Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support LLC in Sacramento, CA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (ABA) to join our in-home therapy team. You will develop and implement individualized ABA plans under licensed clinicians, helping clients achieve meaningful progress in their daily lives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field, plus RBT training and exam completion, with experience working with autism or related developmental needs and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Completion of Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and passing of RBT exam.
• Experience with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with clients and families.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA.
