Job summary

Centriaautism in Oregon City is seeking passionate individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and ready for an active role, as the job involves lifting and physical movement.

Comprehensive training will be provided, and the role offers the opportunity to positively impact children's lives while working in a supportive environment. The pay range is between $19 and $24 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions such as sitting, squatting, and bending.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
