Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Oregon. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing customized behavior plans under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training and a supportive team environment, with a pay range of $19–$24 per hour and opportunities to advance within the behavioral analysis field.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications (and TB test if not done in last year).
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
