Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field OR an associate’s degree with direct relevant experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using specialized techniques.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Reinforces positive behavior with children on caseload.
• Communicates with administrators, parents and community members.
• Documents intervention goals and progress.
• Supports transitions between agencies and programs as needed.
• Ensures child safety and identifies emergencies.
