Centria is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive team environment.

Paid training is provided, with emphasis on safety and adaptability as you gain certification. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds, promoting positive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Commitment to helping children with autism and ability to work in a team.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test as required.
• Background check and ability to move in varied positions.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety when assisting children who may be unpredictable.
