Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You’ll teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, with training provided.

The role emphasizes patience, compassion, and teamwork. You’ll stand and move with children, and may assist with activities that can involve up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism is helpful.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move and assist children up to 50 pounds.
• Onboarding includes becoming a Registered Behavior Technician.
