Maxim Healthcare Services in Dixon, CA is hiring an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with children and adults who have developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

The role offers competitive pay, ongoing supervision from a BCBA, and flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options. Responsibilities include one-to-one behavior intervention, data collection, and supporting daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in educational or healthcare settings preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors.
• College coursework in psychology, education, social work, or related behavioral sciences preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification for Adult & Children (or willingness to obtain).
• Updated TB test within past 90 days (or willingness to get).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services.
• Assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior areas and crisis intervention.
• Assist with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, dressing, ambulation, and related tasks.
• Implement and collect data of the behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan.
