An organization focused on autism care is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Grand Prairie, Texas. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a certified analyst, making a meaningful impact on children's lives. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and a team player. The position offers a pay range of $15 - $20 per hour, as well as a structured career path and several employee benefits.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if required).
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor and document progress, and adjust strategies as directed by the supervising BCBA.
